Onshore commitment
All JurisIT engagements are managed onshore — by AU or UK based consultants who are accountable for your engagement from scoping through to delivery. Client data is held within Microsoft's AU or UK cloud regions throughout.
Core services
- Core infrastructure — Microsoft 365 tenant management, network and connectivity oversight, backup monitoring.
- IT services — day-to-day support requests, user account management, device troubleshooting.
- Cybersecurity services — ongoing monitoring aligned to the Cybersecurity Uplift baseline, patch management, security alerting.
What's not included in standard Managed IT
- Incident remediation — scoped and quoted separately if a security incident occurs.
- Office moves — scoped separately.
- New hardware procurement — available as a separate, scoped purchase; not bundled automatically.
- Project work — anything outside day-to-day support (e.g. a platform migration) is its own scoped engagement.
- Onboarding/offboarding of staff IT setup — available as an add-on, not included as standard.
